I’m from Greenville, North Carolina. My love for photography started when I received a small camera for Christmas at 8 years old. I studied media production through UNC-Chapel Hill’s Department of Communications and minored in journalism at the Hussman School of Journalism and Media. In 2023 I made Roommate Therapy, a student short film that I wrote, directed, and produced as a recipient of the Rick Dees Scholarship. The film has 61,000+ views and counting on YouTube.

I’m currently a part-time intern at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and a contract production assistant based in New York City.

Why “Jaidee?” My middle name is a Thai phrase meaning “good-hearted.”
